4. Indicative prices
Commodity prices displayed on the Site are indicative and may be delayed. They are sourced from third-party data providers, may be subject to provider rate-limits or outages, and may differ from execution prices. Transaction prices are confirmed per offer depending on quantity, product grade, origin, Incoterms, logistics and supplier confirmation.
5. Enquiries and KYC
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or business relationship. Any progression of an enquiry is conditional on successful know-your-counterparty (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML) and sanctions screening, as well as agreement on commercial and documentary terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Site;
- scrape data at scale or attempt to bypass rate-limits;
- infringe any applicable law, sanctions regime or third-party right.
